What are the lease terms?

6, 9, or 12 months

What does it cost to move in?

The actual cost of move in varies depending on the day you move in. Move in costs include but are not limited to Admin fee $75 and security deposit of 1 month’s rent, and the prorated rent based on the day you sign you lease.

Are utilities included in the cost?


What's your pet policy?

We charge a $350 pet deposit per pet, as well as $25 a month pet rent per pet. We do have a restricted breed list, as well as a 50lb weight limit.

What is your guest policy?

Residents are responsible for their guests. Guests are required to abide by all policies and regulations of the community.

Do you require apartment renters insurance?


How do I pay the rent?

We accept payment in office in the form of certified funds money orders, personal check, or cashiers check. You can also pay rent online with the portal.

How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

Repairs are handled by maintenance staff within 24 hours of reporting. We do have a maintenance emergency number for residents to call for emergencies after hours.

Is there public transportation nearby?

We have a bus stop at the driveway.

How often does rent go up? By how much?

Rent usually increases upon renewal.

What is the parking situation?

We have off street parking.

Are there plans to update the building?

Not at the moment

Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

We do require a lease break fee to be paid when breaking the lease. We also require a 60 day notice even if you are breaking the lease.
